Head Teacher / Senior IELTS Instructor

LEVEL UP ACADEMY is a rapidly growing language center committed to delivering high-quality English education and helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Teacher who can lead our academic team, maintain teaching quality, and contribute to the continuous development of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English and IELTS preparation courses. • Monitor and maintain teaching quality across all classes. • Support, mentor, and evaluate teachers. • Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback. • Assist in developing and improving academic programs and teaching materials. • Track student progress and academic performance. • Ensure high standards of classroom management and student satisfaction. • Collaborate with management on academic planning and development.

Requirements

• IELTS Overall Band Score of 8.0 or higher (required). • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of English teaching experience. • Experience in IELTS preparation. • Previous experience as a Senior Teacher, Academic Coordinator, or Head Teacher is preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent command of English (spoken and written). • Ability to train, motivate, and manage teachers. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or other teaching certifications. • Experience working in language centers or educational institutions. • Proven record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores.
