Female Recruiter (English Speaking) – Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and responsible female recruiters to join our growing CDL recruiting company. As a Recruiter, you will communicate with CDL drivers across the United States, guide them through the hiring process, and help them find employment opportunities with our carrier partners. Responsibilities * Contact potential drivers by phone, text, and email. * Explain available job opportunities. * Assist drivers with completing applications. * Collect required documents. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM. * Follow up with drivers throughout the hiring process. * Work closely with our processing team. Requirements * Good English communication skills (spoken and written). * Friendly and professional attitude. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic computer skills. * Previous customer service or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
