• Good English communication skills

• Experience in truck dispatching is preferred

• Ability to negotiate with brokers

• Knowledge of load boards (DAT)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Responsible and detail-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
