Boston Pro Car Service is looking for a reliable and professional Reservation Agent / Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking and managing reservations

• Communicating with clients, affiliates, and chauffeurs

• Dispatching and monitoring trips

• Handling phone calls, emails, and text messages

• Entering and updating reservations in our system

• Providing excellent customer service

• Assisting with day-to-day transportation operations

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Responsible and detail-oriented

• Professional and friendly with customers

• Comfortable working with computers and reservation systems

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English

• Experience in the limousine/chauffeured transportation industry is preferred
