Hiring Experienced Truck Dispatcher in Samarkand

Freight dispatch company with offices in Miami (USA) and Samarkand (Uzbekistan). Our Samarkand office is located in the city center with convenient access to public transport.

Responsibilities:

• Book loads for your assigned drivers

• Track load orders and monitor the rate on every transaction

• Manage shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and keep accurate records of all freight

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay: 1–2% of gross revenue to the dispatcher (based on experience)

• Working hours: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM Samarkand time (aligned with the US business day)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on dispatching experience in US freight (required)

• Experience with DAT Load Board and TruckStop load boards

• Fluent English and Russian (both required)

• English at Intermediate+ level; IELTS 6.5 or higher

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with solid problem-solving ability
