Truck Driver Recruiter — Hiring Department We are an American logistics company looking for an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our Hiring Department. Responsibilities: * Recruit and hire qualified truck drivers for our US trucking fleet. * Find candidates through recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and other channels. * Communicate with candidates and guide them through the hiring process. * Work toward consistently filling available truck positions and closing open positions. * Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers. Requirements: * Previous experience in US truck driver recruiting is required. * Understanding of the US trucking industry and driver hiring process. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results. * Must be available to start immediately. * We are looking for someone who can actively recruit and start filling trucks from day one. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Tashkent time). Compensation: * Fixed monthly salary starting from $2,000, depending on experience. * Additional performance-based bonuses for successful results. * We value performance: strong results and consistently filling trucks will be rewarded with very competitive compensation.
