Seeking technical Co-founder

Seeking a hands-on developer to join as a co-founder with 30% equity. The project is a mobile-first app for hiring blue-collar workers (e.g., cleaners, drivers, technicians). We plan to apply to accelerators soon — MVP in progress. Need someone to lead tech development, contribute to product strategy, and help build a scalable platform. Ideal candidate: · Experience with React Native / Flutter, Node.js, Firebase · Strong in UI/UX for non-tech users · Ready to commit full-time post-accelerator
