We are looking for a candidate who can communicate with clients, present our services, support customers, build long-term relationships, and help clients get the best value from HUNTME products and services.

Sales Specialist / Customer Success Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with potential and existing clients.
Present HUNTME services, solutions, and benefits to clients.
Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
Support customers during onboarding and daily usage of the service.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Manage client requests, questions, and feedback professionally.
Work with the sales pipeline and customer database.
Follow up with leads and support conversion into active clients.
Prepare basic reports on sales activities, client communication, and customer status.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and management teams.
Support customer retention, satisfaction, and service improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, client support, account management, or a related field.
Good English communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Client-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
Responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
Ability to work with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, Telegram, and other communication tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks at the same time.
Willingness to work in an office-based format.
Experience in startups, HR-tech, SaaS, recruitment, or digital products is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with B2B clients.
Understanding of sales funnels and customer retention.
Experience with CRM tools and client databases.
Ability to conduct product presentations.
Experience in customer onboarding and after-sales support.
Interest in HR-tech, recruitment, and digital business solutions.
