Sales Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, grow partnerships, and expand business across outsourcing, logistics, IT, and staffing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Sell outsourcing and staffing solutions to companies

  • Identify market needs and convert leads into contracts

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver services

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in sales, B2B, or business development

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Experience in outsourcing, logistics, IT, or staffing is a plus

  • Ability to work with targets and performance KPIs

  • Results-driven mindset

Shifts:

  • Main shift

  • After-hours shift available

Salary:

  • Negotiable + performance-based incentives
