GreenGroupUSA is hiring a Driver Recruiter (Experienced)

GreenGroupUSA, a US-based freight transport company operating a fleet of over 160 trucks, is seeking an experienced recruiter for its Tashkent office.

What we are looking for:

- Experience recruiting drivers (for the US market) — Minimum of 6 months required

- English proficiency (for communicating with drivers and using software systems) — Required

- Existing database of drivers (CDL Class A) — An advantage

- Confident communication skills; ability to sell the job opportunity and close candidates

- Experience with CRM software (Monday) — A plus.

What we offer:

- Base pay + bonuses for successfully onboarded drivers (income depends on performance)

- Schedule: 5/2

- Office in Tashkent, young team

- Training and support, ready-made scripts and database provided

Terms:

- Compensation: $300–600 fixed salary + $200–300 bonus per driver recruited

- Format: Office-based

Key skills:

- Conversational English

- Sales experience is a plus

- Computer literacy
