Job Title: Receptionist (Evening Shift)

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our hotel team for the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries

- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions

- Manage reservations and update booking systems

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is required

- Strong communication skills

- Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian

- Good computer skills and familiarity with booking systems

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Ability to work evening shifts independently
