Job description

• The updater will be responsible for managing transit of drivers, making sure they pickup and deliver on time.

Keeping the brokers updated about ETA, and solving issues of drivers on loads real time.

Making sure tasks given by dispatchers are completed on the spot

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
