SKY Transportation started in 2013 in Waterbury, CT. Over the past years we’ve grown both naturally and through the acquisition of other companies, and today we dispatch over 250 vehicles in multiple states.

Although the company may be young, our management team has over 30 years of experience in NEMT, NMT, Special Education, and Public Transportation. We continue to leverage best practices across the industry while bringing the latest technologies into our day-to-day operations.

We are contracted with multiple brokers and agencies across numerous states, and through our experiences, we understand the obstacles that are being faced. Our focus is to assist companies to overcome these hurdles while continuing to maintain a high quality of customer satisfaction.

HR manager:

Обязанности:

• Interview/Hiring/Firing/Training

• Address drivers issues - reported by CREM and Dispatchers

• Track PTO and day's off for all employees in state

• Warnings and bonuses

• Payroll

• Payroll issues

• DC information update (address, phone, DL,etc)

• WEX fuel pin set up upon hiring

Fleet Manager:

Обязанности:

General knowledge and decisions about cars in the state Daily upkeep of Cars Live Updates File DC information update (Car, plate, vin, etc) + create new accounts on portal.

• Accidents:

Submit accident report Follow up on shop and repairs Reimbursements for tow and deductibled

• Registartions:

Ongoing and renewals

• Ez-Pass:

Set up for all cars. Making sure all cars have them

• Car washes:

Set up unlimited for all cars Detail wash if needed

Maintenance/Repairs scheduling Live update of Maintenance File Review Inspections Daily: repairs if needed carwash if needed report to Fleet Manager Clothes, behavior, unreported damage, missing items report to HR unreported damage - assess and charge back to driver

• GPS trackers

Check at least weekly for all trackers to work correctly. If not working - fix, using Field Inspector Reinbursements to drivers for miscellaneous

• Рабочий график 5/2 с 14:00 до 23:00. с 22:00 до 06:00
