Position: Driver Recruiter

Location: Samarkand (office-based only, no remote work option)

Requirements:

• Experience in this field is a plus, but the main requirement is the ability to deliver results

• Good English language skills (required)

• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage

• Strong communication skills, goal-oriented, responsible

• Gender: no preference

Responsibilities:

• Find and attract new drivers to join the company

• Communicate with candidates and conduct interviews

• Assist in preparing and processing required documents

• Meet the monthly recruitment targets

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, office-based position

• Working days: Discussed

Salary:

• Fixed monthly salary + bonus for each recruited driver
