We are looking for with or without experience. Motivated Truck Updaters to join our growing logistics team. The Updater will be responsible for Tracking the loads, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Responsibilities Dispatch drivers and manage daily load schedules Book loads using load boards and broker relationships Track drivers and shipments in real time Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and customers Handle paperwork (rate confirmations, BOLs, updates) Resolve delivery issues and delays professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations Requirements Previous experience as a truck dispatcher (preferred) Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, TMS) English required (additional languages are a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay (hourly or percentage-based) Performance bonuses Stable workload and long-term opportunity Supportive and professional work environment Growth opportunities within the company
