Location: Fergana, Rishtan

Shift: 20:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift)

Important: This position requires advanced English communication. You will be speaking with U.S. customers daily, so confident English is required.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fast learner and responsible

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with U.S. customers in English

• Schedule and dispatch moving crews

• Handle customer calls, bookings, and job coordination

• Solve issues and manage job details
