Responsibilities:

• Implement eco-protection measures at construction sites and monitor contractor compliance.

• Address emergency environmental events, such as chemical leaks or ecological damage, and manage emergency response efforts.

• Supervise and manage construction quality on-site.

• Organize and ensure compliance with engineering and quality data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fields.

• Proficient in Uzbekistan's and international environmental regulations (e.g., EU/IFC environmental standards).

• Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), environmental monitoring, waste management, soil remediation, and other related processes.

• 5+ years of field experience in environmental management, ecological remediation, or mineral/energy projects in Central Asia (especially Uzbekistan).

• Knowledge of local environmental regulations and the EIA process (e.g., Environmental Protection Law of Uzbekistan).

• Ability to develop ecological protection programs and prepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP).

• Proficiency in using environmental monitoring equipment and data analysis software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD).

• Proficiency in English and Russian.
