Job Title: KTV Operations Manager

Location: Near Tashkent International Airport

Working Hours: 18:30–02:30. Actual finishing time depends on when guests leave and when closing duties are completed. Occasional overtime may be required.

Salary: UZS 10–12 million per month, negotiable based on experience and capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily on-site operations of the KTV and arrange employees’ work assignments.

• Manage waitstaff, cleaners, kitchen support staff, and other employees, and inspect the completion of their work.

• Inspect pre-opening preparations, private room conditions, cleanliness, service quality, and post-closing restoration work.

• Supervise cashier procedures, stock movements, inventory counts, employee attendance, and shift handovers.

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and unexpected situations during operating hours.

• Record and report operating data, inventory discrepancies, employee issues, and other important matters as required.

• Cooperate with the company on internal inspections, account reconciliation, and the implementation of company policies.

• Follow the company’s approval procedures and do not independently authorize discounts, complimentary orders, purchases, or expenses.

Requirements:

• Aged 28–40.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Working proficiency in English is required. Chinese language skills are preferred.

• Strong communication and on-site coordination skills.

• On-site management experience in a KTV, nightclub, bar, high-end restaurant, hotel, or another entertainment venue.

• Practical experience leading employees, assigning tasks, inspecting results, and handling employee-related issues.

• Familiarity with cashier operations, inventory management, shift handovers, attendance management, and on-site service management.

• Strong numerical skills and the ability to complete and verify various work records accurately.

• Willingness to work night shifts and occasional overtime.

• Ability to remain calm during inspections, complaints, or emergencies and report issues promptly.

• Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to follow company policies and accept work inspections.
