Job responsibilities:
• Maintaining primary documentation (contracts, powers of attorney, invoices, etc.)
• processing them, accepting them into EDI and posting them to 1C
• Creating payment orders, sending and posting them in the 1C system
• Personnel records, maintaining personnel files, working with Mehnat.uz
• Entering employee data into the 1C 8.3 system and Excel.
• Working with the Ijara.uz website (rent)
• Monitoring the tax office in the State Tax Inspectorate (letters, demands)
• Interaction with authorities (bank, tax, statistics), submitting personal income tax reports, INPS
• Preparing reports: VAT, turnover tax, income tax, statistics :

• Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of accounting and taxation.
• Confident knowledge of 1C programs or similar systems
• Control over the correctness and timeliness of the execution of primary documentation.
• Type of activity: import, wholesale trade, production.
• Experience working with client banking.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel (working with formulas)
• Reception, control and timely processing of primary documentation
• Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Work with primary documentation (contracts, invoices, powers of attorney)
• Accounting of inventory items
• Archiving storage of primary documents.
• Providing full accounting and tax support for the enterprise.
• Calculation and payment of wages to staff on a monthly basis (basic salary, vacation compensation, severance pay, vacation pay, sick leave, bonuses), maintaining employee records
• Regular coordination and work with suppliers
• Internal reports in accordance with the company's internal control policies on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, special reports
• Preparation and submission of all types of tax and statistical reporting.
• Personal qualities: Diligence, responsibility, quick learning, ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Calculation of production costs.
• Working with the Oracle accounting system.
• Maintaining electronic document management and working with the Didox platform.
• Carrying out management instructions within the framework of the job description.
• Registration of transactions related to the receipt, release, movement of material stocks, as well as the sale of goods, works and services.
