Sales & Marketing Agent — Logistics (Samarkand Office)

Job Description:

We're hiring a Sales Agent with marketing experience to help grow our U.S. logistics company. In this role, you'll promote our services and bring in new business by running ads on Telegram and social media (Instagram and others), sending email and text-message campaigns, and calling companies directly to find and win new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create and run promotional ads on Telegram, Instagram, and other social media

• Reach out to prospective clients through email and text message

• Cold-call companies to introduce our services and generate leads

• Build relationships with clients and help close deals

• Build relationship with safety managers and companies to get referrals

Requirements:

• Proven marketing and/or sales experience

• Fluency in Tajik, Uzbek, and Russian

• Knowledge of English is a big advantage

• Excellent communication skills

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and results-driven

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Samarkand time (8-hour day)

• Starting fixed salary: $300–500 (depending on experience)

• Additional bonuses for every new client you bring in

• Office-based role in Samarkand
