Sales Manager
Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, grow partnerships, and expand business across outsourcing, logistics, IT, and staffing services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Sell outsourcing and staffing solutions to companies
Identify market needs and convert leads into contracts
Work closely with internal teams to deliver services
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years in sales, B2B, or business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in outsourcing, logistics, IT, or staffing is a plus
Ability to work with targets and performance KPIs
Results-driven mindset
