Logistics Teacher (Remote)

MSS Hauling is a logistics company looking for a Logistics Teacher to help create an effective training program for new employees.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand our logistics processes and workflows.

Create clear training materials, guides, and documentation.

Record video lessons and training sessions.

Develop a structured onboarding program that helps new hires quickly understand and perform their duties.

Continuously improve training content based on feedback and company needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, or instructional experience.

English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience creating educational materials and video lessons.

Logistics experience is not required; we will provide all necessary information about our operations.

Ability to learn new concepts quickly and explain them clearly to others.
