Talablar:

1. Fluent English (spoken & written) — must be able to communicate with U.S. clients clearly.

2 . Strong communication skills — confident, polite, professional on calls.

3. Basic computer skills — email, CRM, Google Sheets, Zoom.

4. Quiet work environment + good internet connection — stable Wi-Fi, headset, no background noise.

5. Punctual & reliable — must follow U.S. working hours (night shift in Uzbekistan).

6. Previous experience in call center / sales / customer support (preferred, but not mandatory).
