International Trade Manager (Import & Export)

Wosune International is a specialized supplier of dehydrated food ingredients. Founded in the United States, the company supports sustainable agriculture and supplies safe products to the global market. Wosune International is currently establishing a new factory in Qarshi, Qashqadaryo Region. We are seeking an experienced International Trade Manager to join our Tashkent Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s import and export operations, coordinating international logistics, maintaining relationships with overseas suppliers and customers, and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s import and export operations from order placement to final delivery.

• Source and develop relationships with international suppliers and customers.

• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare, review, and execute international trade contracts.

• Coordinate customs clearance, freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics activities.

• Prepare and review import/export documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Coordinate international payments, foreign exchange transactions, and trade finance documentation.

• Work closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

• Monitor international market trends and provide recommendations to support business growth.

• Resolve issues related to shipments, customs, and international transactions.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade, import/export, or supply chain management.

• Solid understanding of international trade procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations, and international logistics.

• Familiarity with international payment methods such as T/T and L/C.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek.

Salary

UZS 12,000,000–18,000,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
