About the Company

We are an international trading company specializing in construction and heavy machinery spare parts, supplying customers worldwide.

Our core products include spare parts for leading brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Doosan, Hitachi, and other major construction equipment manufacturers.

We have established offices in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Sharjah (UAE), supported by a stable supply chain and extensive export experience.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via CRM and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, email, etc.)

Offer suitable products and assist customers in selecting the correct spare parts

Work with Google Sheets and Bitrix24 CRM (full training provided)

Build long-term relationships with international clients and generate repeat business

Process incoming leads and follow up with existing customers

Manage and track orders through all stages — from inquiry to shipment

Maintain daily records of activities and sales performance

What We Expect

Previous sales experience is a strong advantage

Basic understanding of construction machinery or at least automobiles

Responsible, proactive, and fast in communication

Quick learner — full product and workflow training provided

Conversational English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)

Strong interest in international trade and B2B sales

Laptop or personal computer is required (mobile phones are not sufficient for work tasks)

What You Earn

Basic salary

Up to 35% profit share from each successful deal

The more profit you generate and the more efficiently you manage orders, the higher your total income

Results are calculated monthly — no income cap
