ELD/Logbook Specialist

Prime Duty Solutions INC is looking for responsible and motivated specialists to join our team and help drivers with logbook and ELD management.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting drivers with ELD logbook setup and daily use

• Monitoring compliance with FMCSA regulations

• Providing technical and customer support via phone, chat, or email

• Reporting issues and offering solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (both written and spoken)

• Ability to work in all shifts (day and night)

• Responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to work independently

• Basic knowledge of ELD/logbook rules (training provided)

• Experience in trucking/logistics is an advantage but not required
