HAULPOINT LLC is hiring 5 experienced dispatchers for its Tashkent office.

Location: Yakkasaray district, Tashkent Salary: $1,500 base per month Employment: Full-time, on-site Schedule: 6/1, 16:00–01:00 Tashkent time

Responsibilities:

• Find and book loads across the US, including Amazon, USPS lines, and spot loads.

• Plan loads and routes for your trucks.

• Negotiate rates and terms with brokers.

• Coordinate with drivers and the updater team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a US truck dispatcher.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Relay and spot loads using DAT / Truckstop.

• Confident English communication by phone and in writing.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stress.

• Russian and/or Uzbek is a plus.

• Age: 18–40. All genders welcome.
