Dispatcher – Home Appliance Repair (Not Logistics)

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our growing home appliance repair team. This role is essential in coordinating service operations and ensuring excellent customer support.

What We Offer

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (18:00 – 03:00 UZ)

Starting salary: from USD 350, with growth opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and organize daily routes for service technicians

Communicate professionally with customers regarding service requests

Enter and manage new service requests in the CRM system

Coordinate and support service technicians throughout the day

Research, order, and track required parts for repairs

Monitor job progress and ensure completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

Proven customer service experience with a professional and positive communication style

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to make decisions and stay engaged in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English and Russian is required

Experience working in service or repair companies is a strong advantage
