Customer Service / Call Center Representative/ Dispatchers

We are a UK-based company hiring customer service and call center representatives based in Uzbekistan to provide high-quality support to English-speaking customers. This is a remote, full-time position with a supportive team, training provided, and clear career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails professionally and promptly

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and requests according to company procedures

• Log interactions and update customer records accurately in CRM

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors and follow up to resolution

• Meet quality, productivity and KPI targets

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English (B2+); clear phone voice and active listening skills

• Customer-focused attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM tools quickly

• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace

• Prior call center / customer service experience is a plus but not required
