We’re looking for someone who can keep up — not just in language skills, but in speed. If you can type like a writer in flow, or a gamer with cheat codes wired into your muscle memory, you’ll fit right in. Your main playground will be Russian and Uzbek (native or near-native), and you should be confident enough in English to work at about a B1–B2 level — good enough to spot errors, ask smart questions, and fix inconsistencies in context.

The work covers a wide range of topics, so attention to detail is essential — we need someone who not only translates but catches mismatches, adjusts tone, and keeps the meaning sharp. AI is part of our workflow, but this is not a mindless post-editing gig. You’ll have to bring your own judgment and initiative.

This is an in-office role — some discussions and reviews need to happen face-to-face. Personal details (hours, pay, etc.) can be discussed later with the right candidate.
