Description: We are looking for experienced Mid and Senior-level developers (Backend, DevOps, Systems Integration, and Frontend) to join our core team for PFOR — an open-source multi-agent AI ecosystem designed as a "Linux for startups" for international markets (Africa, Latin America, and beyond).
Current Status:
- Backed by institutional preparation and nominated for a national Presidential Grant.
- Transitioning from our initial student-backed MVP phase to a professional international scale.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to shape a global tech ecosystem from the ground up.
- Flexible partnership and equity-based compensation models (SAFE / structured agreements) as international funding and traction scale up.
- Direct collaboration with international mentors across multiple continents.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Python/Flask, systems architecture, or modern frontend development.
- Ability to work independently and commit to a long-term vision.
- Good English communication skills.
If you are a seasoned developer looking to build something global rather than just write routine code, reach out and let's discuss how we can build this together.
