ARC ROASTER – 800G COFFEE ROASTER

The Arc 800 is an easy to set up, and intuitive lab-grade roaster that is designed to grow with a roaster and their business. The machine’s capacity is from 100 g-800 g allowing it to serve well as a sample roaster that very closely approximates a scaled drum-roasting environment. At the high-end of it’s capacity the Arc S is a small batch workhorse for home coffee roasters and nano roasters. The Arc 800 is fabricated with industrial materials that are built to last and engineered for stability roast-to-roast allowing for long days of consistent production. We designed the Arc 800 to be fully manual and connected, allowing the roaster to control (stepless) airflow, gas pressure and drum speed, while monitoring roast progress via artisan or Cropster. The Arc 800 now boasts 4 temperature probes, 3 RTDs (measuring ET, BT and MET) + incoming air, and also features a redesigned motherboard for quick data transfers into your roast tracking software. While intuitive to operate, the Arc 800’s overbuilt feature-set equips a user with the same capability and connectivity of fully commercial drum roasters, making this an ideal machine to build a drum roasting skillset that will translate easily to larger formats as businesses and careers progress.
