I. STAGE 1: INITIAL DEHUMIDIFICATION (The Pre-Drying Rescue Phase)

These SKECHERS® STAMINA AMPLITUDE shoes undergo a critical week-long pre-drying phase where they are exposed to a dedicated 50g of 150°C-activated Silica Gel per each sneaker: the essential step for actively extracting the excess moisture absorbed by the materials over the years, stabilizing them before RH-maintenance stage.

II. STAGE 2: OPTIMAL HUMIDITY MAINTENANCE METHOD (Maintenance Mode)

Following the pre-drying phase, the aggressive initial desiccant is removed to prevent over-drying and brittleness. The sneakers are then stored in the recycled cardboard box (non-airtight) to allow the materials to achieve a stable RH level (40% – 60%) necessary for material flexibility and potential future wear.

— PROTECTION LEVEL (BALANCE): This method prioritizes a balance between chemical preservation and physical flexibility, relying on the stable, controlled RH of the storage environment, to maintain a stable RH (40% – 60%) necessary for future wearing and long-term stability.

— OBSERVASION-SAFE: Sneakers are stored in the recycled cardboard box, ensuring protection from light and dust. Strict non-contact viewing protocols (via photos or seller's handling only) are applied to preserve the EXCELLENT PRE-OWNED CONDITION.

RESULT: The meticulous two-stage conservation process reduces the risk of accelerated polymer decay to an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, keeping these sneakers in current EXCELLENT PRE-OWNED CONDITION for decades to come!
